His work spans regulatory, compliance, legal, enterprise risk management, audit, financial services, healthcare, public sector oversight, and
AI innovation.
Brian founded IRRATECH to close the gap between rising regulatory expectations, automation pressure from regulators, and the outdated and disconnected systems many organizations still rely on to manage compliance, legal, audit, risk, and governance oversight. His perspective combines legal and regulatory judgment with a practical understanding of enterprise operations, code development, data governance, and the responsible use of artificial intelligence.
